Content Creator

Location: am Nürburgring, Booser Str. 9, 56729Münk

Contract Type: Full-time

Salary: €30,000-35,000 pa

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm + Weekends & Events through high season

Holiday Days: 22 Days + bank holidays

The Role:

As a content creator, you'll be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives for our social media channels, websites, and media outlets. Your responsibilities will include shooting captivating product shots, filming engaging vlogs and practical guides, and producing promotional shorts to augment larger projects. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in conceiving and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility and engagement.

We're seeking individuals who possess a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in the Adobe suite, including Final Cut, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop, is essential. Above all, we value a relentless pursuit of excellence, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit. The ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines is a must.

You'll Need
  • Previous experience in a photography, design, video, content marketing, or production role (2 years minimum)
  • A robust portfolio showcasing professional-level work, particularly in product or automotive content
  • Experience, understanding and a keen interest in the automotive industry is a must.
  • Full UK driving license
  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Sales Manager

Location: Hybrid work, Office address: Auto Finesse GmbH, Booser Straße 9, Münk, 56729, Germany

Contract Type: Full-time

Salary: €55,000 per year + monthly commission

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (16:30, if possible Friday closing time)

Holiday Days: 22 vacation days plus 8 public holidays.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive company growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with proven experience in sales and team leadership.

Main responsibilities:

Development of sales strategies:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and expand our customer base.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and adapting strategies accordingly.

Customer relationship management:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Respond to customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Sales performance analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Cooperation:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development and finance teams to ensure alignment and support of sales initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and networking events.

Sales processes:

  • Monitor daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems and sales tools to increase productivity.

You need:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Competent use of CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Good knowledge of English
