Getting you your products


We want you to start using your detailing products as soon as possible no matter where you are.

Our convenient delivery services let you re-organise the delivery date so its convenient with you, and we’ll also let you know when your package will arrive within a one hour delivery window, so there’s no need to wait in all day for your parcel. You'll receive an e-mail notification as soon as your order has been shipped, so please check your order tracking for up to date information. All Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched the same day, any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day.

Domestic Shipping


We offer a national shipping service to addresses within Germany, these services cost €6.95 and usually arrive the next working day. What's more if you spend over €50 online then you'll have the option to select free shipping too.


EU Zone 1


We offer an European Union shipping service to addresses within France, Belgium or the Netherlands, these services cost €6.95 and usually arrives within 2 working days. What's more if you spend over €50 online then you'll have the option to select free shipping too.


Rest of The EU


We offer an European Union shipping service to addresses within Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, these services cost €10.95 and usually arrives within 2 or 3 working days. What's more if you spend over €100 online then you'll have the option to select free shipping too.

Important please note

Orders placed AFTER 3:00pm, will be processed the following working day, adding 1 working day to the expected delivery date. For example an order placed on Monday after 3pm will be processed on the Tuesday meaning that a next working day delivery would be expected on the Wednesday. 

For orders placed on non-working days (Saturday or Sunday) or bank holidays, please add 1 working day to the delivery date.

Auto Finesse reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us as the customer was unable to take delivery of the parcel for any reason. Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to re-place the order to have the item reshipped. If a customer inputs any incorrect details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we will not hold any responsibility for this parcel.
